Before 2004, Susanna’s only exposure to ice skating and ice hockey were elementary school birthday parties and being dragged (willingly) to Flyers’ games while living in Philadelphia. She was, however, an avid in-line skater and finally decided to try ice hockey after taking some classes at Sky Rink and going to hockey camp. She joined the Tigers in Fall 2004, and thanks to her teammates, finally understands off-sides! : )

When not on the ice, Susanna can be found at Carnegie Hall--working, not playing, because she didn't practice the violin enough....
